These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Post Moderator (the "Service"), a comment moderation platform for Instagram Business or Creator accounts and TikTok Business accounts.

1. Service Description

The Service connects to authorized social media accounts via official platform APIs to collect, classify, moderate, and respond to comments. Features include automated classification, a manual review queue, AI-assisted reply drafts, and moderation analytics.

2. Platform Compliance

The Service operates in compliance with the applicable developer and platform terms for each connected platform:

• TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok API Terms of Service;
• Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Platform Policy.

Use of the Service does not grant rights to violate platform community guidelines or terms of service.

3. Account Authorization

To use the Service, you must authorize access to an Instagram or TikTok account that you own or are permitted to manage. By connecting an account, you allow the Service to:

• read comments and account data through the official API;
• hide, unhide, or delete comments as directed by authorized users;
• publish replies to comments after explicit manual approval by an authorized user.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• having the right to manage any account you connect to the Service;
• all moderation decisions made through the Service;
• ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines;
• keeping your login credentials confidential.

5. AI Assistance

AI classification and reply generation are provided as assistance tools only. AI results may be inaccurate or incomplete. Final decisions to hide, delete, keep, or reply to comments are the sole responsibility of authorized users. Replies are published to platforms only after explicit manual approval — no AI reply is published automatically.

6. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect data from connected accounts. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

The Service depends on the availability of third-party platform APIs (Instagram, TikTok), API access tokens, and server infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to platform data, comment delivery, or moderation actions. API limitations, rate limits, or platform policy changes may affect service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed or delayed moderation actions, API limitations, accidental moderation decisions, or platform policy enforcement actions against connected accounts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
